FEES

As a small practice, clients benefit from high quality town planning services at competitive rates.  Fees will be agreed with the client at the outset of any project. They may be on a fixed price basis or an hourly rate depending upon the nature of the project and the client’s requirements. 

Most of our clients prefer a fixed fee basis when we are commissioned to submit planning applications. 

When we are commissioned to support you in a planning appeal, the fees vary on the complexity of your refused application. However, as a guide, you can expect to pay a similar fee to that of the application fee.
