Carter-Smith Planning Consultants successfully secured Prior Approval for the conversion of the first-floor retail space at 24 Newgate Street, more formally known as T&G Allen, into four two-bedroom residential apartments. We helped coordinate the planning submission, supporting information and amended plans needed to demonstrate that the development could provide high-quality new homes while bringing underused town-centre floor space back into productive use. The approval represents a positive outcome for our client and supports the continued regeneration and vitality of Morpeth town centre
